The assignment was clear: Complex completion of the interior of a 4-room apartment. In the completed new building, we took over the apartment for complete interior finishing and adaptation to the owner of the apartment.
Our architect managed the interior design, from layout changes to material selection, in less than 2 months. During the ordering of equipment for the bathrooms and the drawing of production drawings for the furniture, we managed the construction modifications of the wiring changes in the bathrooms, the kitchen, the air conditioning wiring, as well as minor layout changes and surface treatment of the walls. After completing these rough construction works, after laying the wooden floor, we started with the realization of custom-made furniture. Since we have production capacities, we were able to combine the furniture produced by us with the delivery from our Italian suppliers, and thus the luxurious designer furniture perfectly matched the manufactured solitaires or the built-in kitchen. We left the delivery of the sofa set to the end after the delivery of the curtains and curtains so that the fabrics match each other nicely. After the overall cleaning of the apartment and the installation of accessories in the apartment, after almost 3 months of work in the apartment, we were able to hand over the luxuriously furnished apartment to the client for immediate moving.
